Genres: Adult, Contemporary, Romance

Synopsis

There is no shame in pleasure. And no love in business.

I have a blind date tonight, and I know with 100% certainty that Iโ€™m getting lucky. There shouldnโ€™t be any surprises, not for one as jaded as me, but when I walk into the penthouse suite of Lโ€™Etoile, everything changes.

1) For one thing, Bea is heartstoppingly gorgeous. Pale green eyes and endless freckles. Curves I want to spend all night exploring, as if her body was made for me.

2) Her innocence makes me want to use my entire inventory of bedroom tricks on her and then invent a few more.

3) Except thatโ€ฆ sheโ€™s a virgin.

I can initiate her into the world of desire without letting her get attached, canโ€™t I? A few hours of tutoring, and at the end of the night a small fortune will be deposited into my bank account.

Yes, you read that right. There are many words for what I do. After all, mine is the oldest profession. Iโ€™m an escort, which means this date is nothing more than a mutually enjoyable transaction.

But once I realize one night with her wonโ€™t be enough, Iโ€™m the one whoโ€™s screwed.

ESCORT is a standalone contemporary romance that releases on March 20th!

Review

I wanted to try something written by Skye Warren, so when ESCORT went on a tour organised by Indiesage PR, I grabbed the opportunity and signed up to review this book. I am so glad I did that because I really enjoyed reading this novel. Actually I read this novel in one sitting. Yes, ESCORT was this addicting.

ESCORT is written as first person narrative of Hugo, the male lead, the highest paid escort of the town. His each and every emotion was expressed very beautifully by the author. Sometimes these emotions warm your heart, sometimes they pull a tear out of your eyes.

Both the main characters, Hugo and Bea were really good. Hugo is a handsome hunk who could sweep any woman off her feet and obviously could give them nights they would never be able to forget. Bea is a sweet girl, with sharp wit and fingers which could do magic with the piano. They both had painful pasts, past demons and present troubles, they overcame all of that to etch a happily ever after together.

The concept of the story was good and the characters were awesome but I have this one little problem with the novel, that is I felt the end was a bit haste, slightly abrupt, it felt like the story of Hugo and Bea was wrapped up in a rush. I think that a few more pages before they got their happily ever after would been better. Even though I had this slight problem but I still enjoyed reading Hugo and Bea’s story.
